Zero Draft for CNF

Exposition: Going to the Greek barbeque and learning more about sorority life and ultimately signing up to rush. -Learning about what actually happens during rush, how I was feeling about it, talking to other friends about rushing. I would also start out with the end conflict of deciding whether to go to sigma kappa or delta zeta. I would then do a flash back and state.."it all begin with the smell of barbeque sauce and the sound of questioning girls...". So it would be like a TV show entrance.

Rising action: Going to the open events, invite events (opening the invites), pref, and choosing what to rank first -Going to invite: intimidating, nervous, exciting, a lot to take in at once (very descriptive of the events and how I was feeling: -Opening my invites: (feeling defeated after getting my bottom four but sticking with it -going to invite: keeping an open mind, but getting a feeling for what I like -Pref: super exciting getting my top two choices, but it also made choosing my top choice very difficult/the struggle I had deciding. I would really focus on the detail in this section of the paper. Give details about the different setting, the sounds, the atmosphere, the food, the smell, and the feelings that I felt during each of the events.

Climax: Getting a bid and accepting/running down the hill to join -Getting a bid from Sigma Kappa and deciding to sign -running down the hill to my future home was pretty intense. It’s like an event. The inner conflict of sticking with what my mom and sister were and following in their footsteps or making my own path and trying something new. I don't know if I would necessarily state which one I ultimately choose, I might start of the falling action by talking about sitting in a room full of girls who were not just sisters but actual family (mention my sister and mother at initiation)

Falling action: Having new member meetings and learning about the sorority

Resolution: Getting initiated, getting a big, and finally being an active member
